I’m a Product Designer passionate about AI-driven tools, data platforms, and systems that empower teams to make smarter decisions. My design philosophy is a blend of being data-driven, human-centered, and business-driven. I focus on creating thoughtful, impactful designs that not only meet user needs but also support business goals.
Over the past 4+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to redesign legacy tools and lead new product developments at MRI-Simmons (GfK). One of my most rewarding projects was the overhaul of the Correspondence and Cluster Mapping tool — a challenge I took on when others had hesitated due to its complexity. By collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists, I redesigned the tool, and the result was a significant increase in usage after launch.
I’ve also worked on key tools like RLD (Respondent Level Data), which allows teams to pull detailed respondent data securely, and CSI (Custom Survey Integration), which enhances survey data through third-party integrations. Most recently, I’ve been involved in Backend 2.0, which scaled our largest dataset making it useable in platform, and most recently am excited about developing our AI tools that let teams query our data using natural language and enable markers to gain insights faster and easier.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of my design process. I enjoy integrating feedback from cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with both user needs and business goals. I trust my colleagues and always encourage decisions backed by data. I believe this open, collaborative approach leads to the best outcomes for both the team and the user.
While I hold a UX design certification from CareerFoundry, I’m always seeking opportunities to learn and grow. I regularly attend meetups and discussions around AI and design, and I’m deeply interested in how AI can shape the future of user experience. I look forward to bringing my skills and passion to the UK’s innovative tech scene.
Product Designer and Manager
June 2022-Present
At MRI-Simmons, I collaborate with a global team of designers, engineers, and product managers to bring critical insights to life. My focus has been on leveraging data to improve user experiences and drive business growth.
A key project I've been leading is the development of AI tools aimed at enhancing internal workflows, with the goal of making user engagement with the platform more seamless. By integrating natural language processing (NLP) and resource center RAG features, we're creating a smarter, more intuitive experience that allows users to interact with the platform using natural language queries and quickly retrieve relevant results. This work is central to advancing our product’s capabilities and improving user satisfaction.
Product Design Tutor & Mentor
July 2022- Sept 2023
Teaching has always been a passion of mine. As a mentor at CareerFoundry, I guided junior design students by providing constructive feedback, additional resources, and career advice to help them improve their work and build confidence. I found great satisfaction in seeing my mentees grow in their skills and careers.

This experience reinforced my passion for using design to support education and empower others.
Product Designer
Aug 2021- Oct 2021
At Agriverio AI, I had the opportunity to apply my design skills to a mission I truly believe in—creating a sustainable coffee supply chain. This role provided me with an introduction to AI’s role in sustainability, where I worked on leveraging technology for transparency and environmental impact in the coffee industry.
Coffee Roaster & Production Manager
Mar 2015 - Sep 2020
At Wild Goose Coffee Roasters, I helped lead operations while supporting the company's mission to donate food with every pound of coffee sold. Through strategic improvements, I grew the food donation program from 300 pounds to over 1 million pounds, impacting local communities.
This role taught me the importance of staying committed to a cause and the value of creating systems that can scale to make a larger impact—principles that continue to inform my approach to design, where I seek to solve real problems and create meaningful change.
